I currently only need the Moor Watch Tower to get 100% for that area. But I can not activate the tower as the engineer is waiting for his assistant? I know the is suppose to be some sort of event after he gets back where you have to defend it from Harpy’s. But the event just isn’t happening and several other people on Denova’s Rest are having the same problem… Any ideas?
