Bugged again on yak’s Bend.

Thank you for the shouts of working on SF! just completed the event and got that vista.

I can confirm that it is working on Vabbi.

Confirming that, two hours later, it’s still working on Vabbi (European).

Doesn’t work for me on Vabbi.

Still not working on Fort Aspenwood….like others have sugested, just remove the vista so we can get our map completion. You can always put back when you get it fixed.

Is there a EU server where the event isn’t bugged?

Bugged on Henge of Denravi, stuck with 3/5 tests complete and 5 cows “alive,” though I see no cows in the area.

is Bugg on Aurora Glade. I have 99% and only this vista not.

An 8 month long bug that is black balling people from 100%. Nice work.

I just went to Vabbi which had cows, and i could interact with the cowterpult, managed to get my 100% of that area.

Bugged on Fissure of Woe, replace it, remove it, do something.

The “Defend Mad Mardines cows from harpies as he tests his inventions” event at Diessa Plateau is bugged.

Server: Crystal Dessert

It says:

Tests completed: 3/5
Cows needed: 2
Cows alive: 2

However, there are no more cows in the vicinity. The harpies attacking as well as Mad Mardine’s assistant Tigh Snatchkull (who is invulnerable) are running around in circles – the harpies are looking for the cows who arent there and Snatchkull chasing the harpies.

Thus, the event cannot be completed and as a consequence, the vista at Moorwatch Tower (which requires Mad Mardine’s catapult to access) cannot be reached.

Please fix!

I understand this bug is annoying, but please don’t start new threads bout it when their are allready 4 roaming around i nthe first 2 pages of this section of the forum.

Vabbi, Baruch Bay and Ruins of Surmia all bugged. GG ANet.

It’s been bugged on Gandara too. Don’t know why Anet can’t just disable the event until they can figure out a permanent fix.

Bugged on Seafarer’s Rest too. Harpy keep spawn but there are no cow.

Bugged on Anvil Rock, Devona’s Rest and Sea of Sorrows. This really needs to be fixed asap, it’s really a game breaking bug. I’m new to the game and I am at 99% world completion. I read the entire forum posts on this and their handling of this issue makes me not want to play the game anymore.

Bugged on Sorrow’s Furnace, Blackgate and Jade Quarry.

On the Dragonbrand server, the event is uncompletable. The harpies attack nonstop, 3/5 tests completed, the Charr doesn’t have anymore cows and there’s no way to supply him with more. The event does not end, it just goes on and on and on. Why won’t it just fail, and restart some other time? Like the others here, unable to complete the map as a result. Been enjoying a top rate quality game otherwise, lots of fun.

It’s not just on Crystal Desert – it’s definitely the same on Underworld, and apparently on all other EU servers also. Quite a pain really, as you can’t even guest to get the vista.

this event is bugged and the vista cannot be reached, apologies if this have been reported before, didnt see anything on the first 3 pages.

All they have to do is disable the event. The fact that its been like this for 6 months on and off gives me a weird feeling.

My timers were up I just checked Borlis Pass and Northern Shiverpeaks, they are bugged as well as my home server of Sea of Sorrows. I tested these two because I went back 8 days on this forum and ruled out all American servers that were mentioned on here as possibly bugged. So what it seems is that every server is bugged right now and there is no way to get the vista, unless the next server reset fixes the issue.

Has anyone found a working US server yet? Borlis Pass not working, for those interested.

Why is this not fixed yet? I don’t know anything but to me it seems like a simple problem which on any other mmo would be fixed within 2-3 days.
The event needs to be fixed/removed or the vista needs to be removed to allow people to get area completion.

People can say just go guest on another server, but should we have to really? Little things like this should just work, end of story.

We are also having problems with the “Mad Mardine’s Cows”. It shows 3/5 completed every time we go in but never allows anyone to finish it to use the catapult so we cannot finish the world.
We are in Whiteside Ridge server.

too bad they didn’t keep the fix in place that interacting with the catapult was enough to be fired away.

Bugged on Ferguson’s Crossing (US) – Really annoying – like everyone else just need the stupid vista. My OCD is going crazy!
