When prompted to go into The Breach at Indigo Cave, many times people will fall down and die upon contact with the ground where the Silver and Gold bosses are.

I haven’t noticed this at the other forts. It wastes a lot of time having to resurrect people that die on entry.

I believe this is a bug; if it isn’t please let me know how to avoid dying when I go in.

It might happen when they have low health getting through mordrem to get to the dropsite, and the fall damage kills them, when I’ve had full health I never had an issue with dying making that jump.

It might help to check your hp before going in, because the area can be mobbed with mordrem and they can gank you pretty quickly and again with low hp that jump down can kill you as you will take some fall damage. Also jump in, dont walk in.

Make sure to jump straight into the dead center of the hole, I think it kills you if you slide along the side when you jump in
