Guild Wars 2

Hello, I am wondering if the Morgan’s Leap jumping puzzle on Yak’s Bend is bugged out. It’s been locked the last few days and Brugh is standing there twiddling his thumbs. The events in the area never seem to happen either. Maybe I am just having a lot of bad timing, but it seems bugged to me.

Well the event to defeat the champion is up right now so either the map has reset or it was waiting on something else when you were there.
