Heart quest in Moriarity’s hold (bloodtide coast) is bugged. You cannot use water to wake up sleeping pirates.

As of today (Oct. 8, 2012), Moriarty’s Hold in Bloodtide Coast is still bugged — can’t use the water to wake up sleeping pirates.

March 25 2013. Still bugged. Cannot use water to wake up sleeping pirates.

As of June 3, 2013, this area is still glitched.

September 8, 2013…still bugged, but now if you try to wake up some of the pirates, they stand up and die (complete with death sound).
