So, in the story journal, when you replay an episode for the achievements, sometimes you get this Grey Star on Chapters where you replayed the episode to do some achievements. And then it stays there even when you quit and the Entire Season shows as incomplete. This has been there since Season 2 and it is still not fixed. Please fix this Arenanet.
