Windows made a change a few months back that changed the speed at which doubleclicks are registered; it affects other programs, but it only matters to me in GW2. I had to adjust the windows settings (and logitech) until it stopped being an issue.
It’s worth trying while you wait for support to respond to a ticket.

Ty for help guys. But I dont have shadow play….Trayed windows but same thing….huh. so frustrating
In that case, start a support ticket (follow the links starting at top left to submit one, anonymously if you prefer). Whatever is going on … it doesn’t seem to be widespread, so the devs need as many details as you can provide before they can troubleshoot.
