I have been playing the same way since beta and have NEVER had an issue with this, I just noticed it happening today. When I play spvp or wvw, I have the right mouse button clicked down about 90% of the time when I am fighting. I mouse turn all the time and very rarely click the screen. What I have noticed is after using a movement skill like burning speed or ride the lightning, or even just dodging, it acts as if i had let go of the right mouse button, even though i didnt. So it just stops turning my character in the middle of combat.

This is extremely frustrating and I can’t figure it out. I have tried to duplicate the problem over and over in the heart of the mists or out of combat in wvw.. and it works fine. The ONLY thing that has physically changed in the last couple of days is my mouse pad, but I don’t see how that can have anything to do with it.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I use a razer naga BTW.

Yes. I have had this same problem and have read about many others that have had it as well. I don’t think there is a solution at this point. However, I finally swapped my mouse out and replaced it and don’t have the problem anymore. My old mouse was actually quite a bit old (logitech).

I don’t know if that will help you, but yes, this is a known issue.

Happens since latest patch. And it’s not the mouse itself, it’s working fine in every other application. Appears like the game is randomly forgetting the state of the mouse button while performing other movement related action / accidentally hovering over objects in the game world.
