So while messing around with the UI a while back, a friend and I discovered that it was possible to drag the mini map up to the top right by click-dragging the corner as though you were adjusting the size and going to the top edge. After having it like this for a while (around 5-10 mins) we both decided we liked it better at the bottom, and found that nothing we did let us put it back on the bottom. It’s now been like this for a week. It seems to be account-wide and switching characters or computers doesn’t fix the problem.

I realize this is a really silly and tiny bug, and truth be told I’ve gotten used to it. But it’s still a bit of an annoyance and figured I’d at least bring it up.

I’ve just simulated it on my account, you are right that you aren’t able to move it back with the corner point. However I can get it back by holding the black part of the minimap (with the zoombuttons en map symbols.) and then drag it down again.

This is a fix for you and I hope this issue will be fixed in the future.

Grab the White Arrows in the corner of the window and drag it to the spot you want and then hold the mouse button down until the window moves to that spot. If that doesn’t work grab the grey rectangle in the side of the mini map and drag that.

Huh, I had been trying the to use the corner point this whole time, didn’t know you could also do it with the rectangle on the side. That did the trick for me. Thanks a bunch!
