My Dawn is glitched?
If you’re really out the ~500 gold you should definitely contact support as well as this is a (weird) account issue. Sadly I’m not sure how productive that will be, as you need a TP transaction to be reversed or items or gold to be moved around, but it’s worth a shot.
I’m also curious how much gold you paid, and if you have a screenshot of your “items bought” tab?
