Hi, i bought 5 Fine Transmulation stones from the Gem store to give my level 80 rare’s the look of charr cultural tier1. However when i try to do this nothing happens, when i dubble click the stones it opens the window i can drag in both items, chose what should be combined and than i can click item transulation but than the window just closes and nothing happend… it doesn’t work for my chest, legs and shoulders but for some weird reason it did work for my gloves. I tried rebuying the tier but that also didn’t work.. Any suggestions?

Is one of the items you are trying to transmute equipped? In a previous patch they made it so you cannot transmute equipped items. If so, just unequip it and then place it in the transmute window.
