Guild Wars 2

Hello ArenaNet & Fellow Players,

I just transferred earlier from U.K. Server (Ring of Fire) to U.S. server (Dragonbrand). Upon checking my guild, It’s back to level 1. I actually removed members before transferring to U.S. server. I’m the owner.

Could this be a mistake or it’s still in the process of transferring my guild profile? Or this is normal that you reset my guild points and guild level?

guild level/upgrades/influence is server specific, so while it is still the same on your original server, you will have to start again on your new server

Check under Membership.

Also, Ring of Fire is U.K. server? Only in your imagination. EU server…
