My gold disappeared
More often than not lately, the answer to this question is: you bought gold form a third party, Anet saw it, and then they removed the gold you bought.
Submit a ticket to support to find out for sure what may have happened with your gold.
You might try to contact customer service (“Support” link at top of page).
But remember that anet is actively removing gold from accounts which have bought it from any third party, if you did this … well it’s gone.
