Hello I logged onto my game and noticed that my long bow is flickering like crazy. I have tried changing it out logging off and back on and its still doing this. I recording what I mean by flickering it has never done this before. Is this a regular issue that happens?

Have you tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)?
