I was sending a mail to friend with some gold and things because i am stopping the game for a while but he didnt seem to recieve anything.
ask him if his mail is full, I think you can only have like 10 mail or something like that. Happens to me sometimes
nope i think i accidentally sent it to the wrong person or wrong account or something waiting to hear back from support
