When I opened the new living story email, I received a Zephyr Sanctum Support Ticket, it just appeared in my inventory

Assuming it doesn’t have some strange purpose in the new LS content (haven’t played it yet), I guess this must be a weird bug…? Not that I’m complaining, it’s just…odd!
