Good morning,

I’m “slightly” upset right now. I just put four yellow weapons into the Mystic Forge, clicked “forge”, the usual “emote” happened but there was no "Zomoros rewards you with …. ". There simply are the four free slots again, just as if nothing has happened.

I checked my inventory but there is nothing that could have come out of the Forge either (has to be at least of yellow quality and there is nothing in my bags).
I know what items I put into the Forge and I want them back !

Edit: I just tried to put some other items into the Forge to check if it works, but whatever item I try to drag in there is not accepted. Drag but no drop, it automatically reappears in my bags.

Edit 2: Could forge other items again, now, but still no output for my 4-yellow-weapons-forge

Same. i didn’t at first notice because i was using a lot of mastercrafted items. I lost about 12 green items trying to figure out what was going on. is it just a loss that we take, or do we open a ticket in-game somewhere?

I wish writing any ticket or complaint here would actually lead to something – unfortunately from the experience of real life friends of mine the support just shrugs and you get a friendly answer along the lines of “sorry to hear, but just suck it up”

I’m opening a ticket, though – please do the same

It’s been happening for a long time (hasn’t to me—yet).

The talk section of the official Wiki, on the Mystic Forge page, it has a mention about this. I suggest opening tickets as well. It’s a bug that took your stuff.
