I just dropped four Flame Legion Books (those green accessories that you get from CoF) into the mystic forge, and got NOTHING in return. Where do you go to get compensation for this sort of thing?

I just had the same thing happen. I can’t put a second set on but the first just went up and no result window or item ever appeared

Same thing here. I’m not sure, but I thought I did this many times before the January Update and it worked. I hoped for another rare Flame Legion Book from the Mystic Forge, but now I have a priceless invisible Book of Nothing. Well… hopefully it gets fixed faster then… mhh.. everything else. :-S

On the official wiki it says this “happens on rare occasions” and you might want to send in an in game bug report and maybe a CS ticket with their support website if you feel the need… though I won’t guarantee anything since those greens drop like clothing in a good B-rate film

It seems this is happening with the crafted green accessories as well, 100% of the time. Tried it with four green lvl 80 reqs (opal mithril earring of the explorer), four green lvl 65 reqs (sapphire platinum earring of the cleric), and a mix of two 80s and two 65s, all netted nothing at all.
