There is an npc missing at Kessex Hills, near Eukaryan Caves, where the Skill Point challenge is. There is the Ol’ Stinky machine, but there is no Tocatl spawned, although you can see him saying stuff in the chat. Maybe he got bugged somewhere.
It’s bringing much frustration to lots of people who just as myself and my brother have to finish this skill point challenge to finish the area 100%

He was still missing for me yesterday.
