Guild Wars 2

Every Personal Story chapter that has you fighting alongside npc characters has been a pain in the butt. I’m playing as an Elementalist and I keep getting destroyed in the chapter 8 leading up to the battle with Zhaitan. None of the characters help unless they’ve been attacked. Is anyone else having similar issues or is it just me?

I don’t think it’s a bug, though, NPC’s have been idle background drops for as long as I can remember. Let me ask you, when was the last time you saw an allied NPC deal any damage whatsoever to an enemy?

Sometimes they pretend to fight.
“I hit you”
“No, I hit you”
“Lets heal the 0,15% damage taken”
“Ok”
and so on

Sometimes they at least revive my dead toon.

Sometimes they fight (Bloodstone Fen story) while I count my fingers (10).
