Name tag rendering out of stealth

Does anyone else experience a delay in name tag rendering, especially in WvW? There’s also a similar delay in tab targeting.

This happens notoriously for me when fighting thieves.

Yes, it seems the game prioritizes loading of the character model before the nametag. In my humble opinion it should have been the other way around.
