Necro Bug - Spectral Walk

Spectral Mastery (-20% cooldown) doesn’t work on the Spectral Walk skill. With 50 seconds base cooldown, it should be 40 seconds traited, but the trait applies to the OLD base (60 secs), making the traited cooldown 48 seconds.

No you are wrong. Spectral walk never got a base cooldown reduction. It is still 60 seconds untraited.

Spectral armor was changed to have a 50 second recharge this patch. Maybe that’s what you were thinking of.
