Bug is that for allies, the conditions of Burning and Chill are not converted into boons. Works just fine on yourself as you stand in the same well. Tested only in PvE dungeons and open world.

Bleeding, Vulnerability and Weakness do seem to convert, but unknown exactly what other conditions besides Chill/Burn do not turn into boons for allies. Requires further testing to verify all other conditions in both PvE and PvP

As was I only able to test and mentioned Burn/Chill, I hope you were thorough with all other conditions (including torment) to verify they are converted on allies into proper boons. Just want to make sure the bug is properly squashed. Thanks
