Necro Warhorn not increasing speed
If you’re in combat, your speed will only increase to around +25% and not to the full +33%. That’s how it’s always been.

You still get some speed, as linked above, but don’t check with walking sideways or backwards, you get no speed increase anywhere anymore doing those, not from swiftness, traits, signets, superspeed, etc.
I’ve been using necro warhorn the last few hours: character gets swiftness and movement speed increases 33%, just as before. (Since I rely on that speed to make some specific jumps, I’d notice quickly if the toon wasn’t moving as fast as expected.)
