All Necro wells go on full cool down if interrupted. This is the full cool down of the well.. not the 4 second cool down that would normally happen. This includes.. dodging mid cast, stashing weapon while casting or getting stunned by enemy.
This is game breaking, especially in PvP. Please fix this asap.
