I have not been able to purchase this ability for the longest time now…please fix this.

It’s a Norn Racial Skill. Could you give more information such as your level, how many skill points you have, etc?

Heh, I have 200+ skill points avaialable…yep…level 80 norn necromancer.

he probably means the skill from the digital deluxe edition which he cant buy.

Did you buy 2 other elite skills?

hrmm…there is a skill that can’t be purchased because I don’t have the DD edition?
