Necromancer Bugs [7/28/15] Post here!
Soul Marks: Marks still get block even after taking Soul Marks.
Signet of spite : Applies only 1 bleeding and 1 vunerability. The tooltip said it inflicts 2 bleeding and 5 vunerability.
“Quickening Thirst: Dagger skills recharge faster if activated above the health treshold.”
Tested with 100% HP.
Dagger #2, #3 and #4 fail to get the reduced coooldown under some circumstances.
Dagger #2: Do NOT recharge faster if you cancel the channel. Full recharge duration activates.
Dagger #3: Do NOT recharge faster if you start casting with a target, but target ends up behind you, or out of sight. If the cast finishes with target behind you, it gets the full recharge duration.
Dagger #3 DOES recharge faster without any target at all, do not get these confused.
Dagger #4: Do NOT recharge faster if activated and you immediately turn away from the target. Skill goes off and hits as normal, but full length recharge activates.
Grandmaster trait lingering curse does not actually increase the duration of scepter skill 2, grasping dead; it changes the skill description’s duration, but not the actual duration of the condition.

Just to clarify on this, I’ve seen it reported that the damage occurs but conditions do not.

The signet of spite issue is ridiculous. If they decide to give it the putrid mark treatment, I will be kittened.
vulnerability doesn’t affect on fear’s damage. Not sure, is it bug or works as intended
Flesh Golem still frequently refuses to auto attack target, even after activating its skill. Overall all minions from time to time fail to properly react aggressively when necromancer is attacked first.
in every playstyle imaginable,
they’ll call it a day and release HoT.
