Guild Wars 2

My guild and I were in the eternal battleground jumping puzzle tonight and noticed a bug with necromancer fear. We noticed that fear was hitting through stability. It wasnt corrupt boon or well of corruption as the fear debuff and stability boon were on my bar at the same time. so it seems as if stability is simply ignoring fear as a means of cc. has this always been the case or was this introduced? and it would be great if it could be fixed hes able to fear through stone armor and tornado and theres nothing we can really do about it.

This would explain something, but it’s not limited to necro.

It seems stability does not remove fear… I got feared and hit Plague to gain stability, but I couldn;’t
