Guild Wars 2

This skill says leaves mark of blood when I dodge, yet it only works on the first dodge. I think it should be able to leave 2! No? Maybe it shouldn’t but someone pls explain the mechanics of this trait to me, does it need to be triggered for another to trigger? Also elite skill does not work if pressing forward and side at the same time, ex: pressing w+a.
