So Im not really sure this is a bug so bear with me, and if it’s not, pardon me for posting.
I was experiencing with specs and traits for spvp and noticed something. If you change items with specs (like amulets), all your stats corresponding to Vitality, Toughness, Healing power, Attack damage specs get changed, except, in Necromancer case, Condition Damage and Condition Duration corresponding to Precision and Power specs.
Example:
So if I take “Soldier’s Amulet” every stat will change, according to it’s spec, except Condition Duration (corresponding to Power).
If you take “Barbarian’s Amulet”, which has Precision, every stat will change according to it’s spec, except Condition Damage (corresponding to Precision).
Notice my stats in Picture 026, I have no amulet equipped.

Then in picture 027, I equip “Soldier’s Amulet”, everything changes accordingly except Conditions Duration (which should have changed in regard to Power).

And then in 028, I equip “Barbarian’s Amulet”, all stats change accordingly except Condition Duration (which should have changed in regard to Precision).

NOTE: I’ve used amulets that have NO built-in Condition Damage or Condition Duration on purpose.
