Trait section: Death Magic, skill 2 “Greater Marks”
Description says it increases size of marks and makes marks unblockable.
Only skill 3 (Chillblains) on the staff gains the increased mark size.
They actually do all get the increased mark size, it’s just that, for some reason, chillblains is the only one whose targeting icon actually reflects that.
