Issue Summary: Well of Suffering and Well of Corruption have incorrect damage, and interact strangely with Focused Rituals.

So I’m level 52 with my Necromancer, if I equip the trait “Focused Rituals” then Well of Suffering does 5×890 damage, and Well of Corruption does 5×910.... But if I unequip it then Well of Suffering still does 5×890 but Well of Corruption now does 5×445. Since the skill is supposed to just give them ground targeting that’s a bit weird. Also notable is that Well of Suffering should normally do more damage than Well of Corruption, which you’ll see in the next paragraph’s example, along with another example of Focused Rituals working improperly.

The other example I have with a damage glitch happens if I go to WvW and get “leveled up to 80” with “Focused Rituals” equipped, then Well of Suffering does 5×2,330, and Well of Corruption does 5×920.. (a whole 5×10 better than a character 28 levels lower). And if I unequip “Focused Rituals” then Well of Suffering does 5×2,330 but Well of Corruption does 5×1,165 (a damage increase over Focus Rituals). In this example Well of Suffering does more damage at level 80 than Well of Corruption but less at 52. Strange scaling indeed.
