To help ANet fix this, can you describe

• Where the event is stalled
• On what map instance (in-game command: /ip)
• The approximate date & time
• As much other information as you can.

Just saying “it needs a fix” doesn’t give them anything to work with.

If you ask in map chat, someone may be able to portal you. That’s how I got it.

yeah was ported in just now hehehe was waiting for someone to do that got lucky today

Seeing this issue now on IP 64.25.33.34:0.

FWIW, you should also make sure you /bug this in-game, and check off the “blocking progress” flag. That helps ensure that anet get all their internal debugging details. (Like, which map shard it is, etc)

Yup. I also saw someone posting recently on it, and am happy enough to respond ever if someone raised an old thread from the dead. It’s not like the actions that help anet get details required to understand and reproduce the bug vary based on how new or old the issue is…
