My character name is Loli Ninski I’m stuck under the map in a long story instance that I don’t want to completely restart, I was instantly teleported under here after freeing Eir and Faolin.

I’m afraid the GMs don’t offer that service. You can type in chat /stuck, but you will likely have to close the instance/use a Waypoint.

They sure do offer it, I’ve been stuck in the past and was requested to give my character name to be teleported out,
