since yesterday evening, impossible to open the hero dialog I ‘ve already uninstalled the game, but problem isn’t solved. anyone got the same problem? any ideas or solutions?

What does it happens when you try to open it? Nothing happens or you get some error? How are you trying to open it: some shortcut key or through the button on top? I’m just asking for more details to understand how’s things for you.

Maybe it is somewhere out of you visible window.
Rename or delete the file local.dat in your user directory under
AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
That resets all your settings to default.

Hmm, that’s weird as the game has a mechanic to prevent that (try to move a window out of view, close and reopen it through shortcuts. Most likely it will be back in your view or even shrunken). But well, it doesn’t hurt to try that suggestion indeed, weird stuff can happen.
