That happened immediately after updating from to the 7th patch.

Can’t get back into game after recent patch, was tagged up on YB BL, receiving Network error “error” after I choose a character to log in with.

It looks like anyone that had a commander tag up during the patch is getting this error message. This happens on all characters, not just the character that you were on.

I had a commander tag up, same error code is happening to me.

I can Login, select character, and when I load a map i get crash to desktop. All characters, beta and non-beta

I am getting this error but I didn’t have a tag up during the patch. Same error as the OP, only affects my account with HoT. My alt accounts play fine.

Had a tag up and a full party of 5 – now can’t log in to any characters at all.

Indeed I can’t even create a new beta character.

I was tagged up, now I can’t log in to any characters as well. Confirmed tagged up = can’t log in.

Many people having this problem. It’s reset night and a really bad night for it to happen…

I am having the same issue. I was able to log in after the patch, but I put up a commander tag and tried to waypoint to another zone. Now I can’t access any character, I just get a network error.

Same here for me. Was also tagged up in WvW but can’t connect to any character now.

Add me to the list… was tagged, got kicked for build update, network error.

Same network error code, had a tag up as the patch hit.

Same issue as others…

Also getting a report from a guildy that he switched maps while having a tag on and he now gets the network error and can’t log back in. So that’s two of our commanders down from raid atm =/

Yep! I was tagged up because I thought raids were gonna work. That’s what the patch notes told me.

Now I can’t get ingame at all. This is a pretty rocky way to start a beta weekend!

yeah I was tagged AFTER patch, tried to zone and didn’t tag down. It crashed me out and then gives the same error

um… is there any fix for this?

Same thing happened to all Yaks Bend commanders.
I was tagged up.

Tried: Making a new character, making a new BETA character, tried a non-BETA character.

Nothing worked….

Effectively all of our leadership on Yaks Bend cannot re-join the game. Thanks goodness for back up commanders

Same issue… 3 separate guilds on my server, only commanders can’t get back in if they had a tag up when the patch hit.

GG ANet… So apparent that they do not test WvW. Best game mode ever, and its a stepchild.

Well, fun while it lasted I guess.

Since last update WvW commanders can’t log in, and anyone who puts up a tag and swaps maps can’t log in either. They get Network error.

i and a few of my guild had tag up when we patched and we get network error also

I am running a -repair now to see if it helps. I will report back.

Oh well. There are other games to play in the mean time.

didn’t have a tag up but still getting the error… had several guildies and friends try as well… at least 1 tried with a tag up and got dc’d and error as well.

I was tagged up. I wanted to enter WvW but it disconnected me and now I have this error.

That’s it, then. I was trying to make a squad, swapped instances, and got the error. So don’t pin up at all… aka don’t make a raid. Still broken.

if you have someone else tag up as a replacement, dont swap maps you will get locked out aswell

Cannot just simply change characters either, whole account is locked out.

Please fix this! I was tagged up before the new game client, and now I can’t log on ANY of my characters!

Apparently if you are tagged up after the patch and you zone into another zone, you will be kicked out of the game and can’t log in.

Had a Commander Tag up, also getting “Network Error” message after the new build a few minutes ago.

same as the rest tagged up cant log in

Getting the same network error. Apparent this is due to having a Tag up. Funny thin is I just got my commander tag.

Apparently Anet just put out a post saying that if you disband your squad it will fix it.

Ahem. I. can. not. get. in. game. Therefore I can not drop my squad.

Yep, we are having this same problem in our server (DB) anyone who was tagged on a non beta character is getting this error. sucks because it’s reset night.

I do understand that Raids and Commande rUI is hard, Until the Ui is closer to finalisation, could we enter with a Party of 5 plz? Just because the ascended amrour box :P
