GUYS IF I REMEMBER RIGHTLY, IT IS BETTER TO NOT LOG IN NNWHILE THEY TRY AND FIX OR MORE AND MORE LOGINS APPEARS STRAINIGN THINGS.

So until they fix it, please stay calm and watch some youtube videos of Cats being Drunk on Catnip.

i now get a different error; Code=7:11:3:191:101

i am not in a squad. still receiving the error.

I had the network error but now it says lost connection to server.

It not just for those that were tagged up, I cant login to any toon either and none had a tag up

Same issue. It is a cool idea to get rid of all of the commanders less than 2 hours after reset. Good test for us Anet!! Oh and I really really want to get back in. Please fix.

Same. My alts and my main now get that code… and my alts don’t have commander tags. :\

sorta same boat….tried loading into LA…no tag up or anything..and now as soon as I click play…I get “no dice”

I can log in at the launcher prompt but when it comes to the character selection I just get kicked out of the game.

If you are in a squad, guild chat is broken. You also can’t detag apparently or port. Awesome.

It’s WvW anarchy, taking out all the Commanders in one fell swoop… is it late April Fools?

This is kittening dumb. You already kittened up some fun WvW for me and the rest of T1. Seriously….

So, I got back in. Tagged up. Tried to switch maps, and got booted again.

I’m getting the same Network Error code again, Cleary.

Just to confirm what Chris said, I still can’t log in, and was the leader of a squad on a beta character by the raid portal. I thought what he said could mean my non-beta characters might be playable again, but that isn’t the case.

Had the same problem, had a comander tag on my beta elementalist and as soon as i changed maps my game crushed and couldn’t log in in any of my characters, beta or non beta

many game modes completely screwed tonight(WVWers cant get in seemingly), PvE vanilla, beta.

We have identified the problem, and have reverted a change that was causing a lot of players to be unable to login. However, there is still an issue with players that were leaders of squads, right now they are unable to login (it may also be some other players).

We are working to address the issue as soon as possible.

should we let everyone know (like via teamspeak) to remove their tags so they don’t get locked out too?

I do appreciate them pushing this out on WvW reset night, but yeah… this really sucks. At least my group has a second commander that could take over…. but now he is unable to disband his squad and the people in the squad are unable to leave.

Just fair warning to everyone, if you’re gonna tag up, it looks like you’re stuck on one map and won’t be able to log back on when you log off until this gets fixed.

I also have this same problem. I was attempting to find a group for the Raid and had my commander tag up as the group “Leader” and I’m now unable to log in. Thank you for responding and attempting a fix ASAP.

3 commanders on my guild cant enter and the rest of my partners when they tag commander up cant disband and the people inside the squad cant leave.
In WvW is a very insane mistake and the worst is the reset night…

If you have the network error, just wait 10-15 minutes. To be safe, 20 minutes for the UI to reset. Worked for me.

Just remember, The more we try to long in, the more their servers get strained.

As in, more log-ins at once = more strains.

Tried to get in so many times had a lan party setup for beta weekend kinda dissapointed about all these issues

They say anything about how long it’ll take to fix? I was driving and we had to call it. Now I can’t even relax and pvp.

Same here. Was tagged in silverwastes. Was on Beta character. No characters work now. Character creation also does not work

Update: This is going to take a little bit to fix. I would suggest not creating squads until this can be resolved, as you may end up not being able to log back in.

I’ve been told that staying offline (including not logging into the launcher) for 10 minutes, may resolve the issue by removing you from the squad.
(Disclaimer: I’m not sure if this will work)

Except it’s pretty lame to do random little patches in the middle of reset night anyway…Kicking everyone out of WvW on reset for a patch to fix like 1 thing already upsets people, and if something WERE to go wrong because of the patch (like just happened), then it’s even more of an issue.
