Said mesmer friend here. I’ve been having the same issue on my characters, obviously. I do hope that it’s fixed here soon.
As well as the missed skill points compensated if it’s become a bug like we think.

No problem. Those changes were NOT clearly announced. As far as I am concerned, the contents of that wiki page should have been part of the patch notes…
