Guild Wars 2

The patch notes mention:
‘Fixed a bug in which the player’s backpack would still be shown while moving.’

It appears this was done by making the skill a full transform, which is causing a lot of issues. Primarily, when you use the skill you lose all your utilities and, more importantly, your pet, for the duration. This causes all kinds of nerfs/issues with the skill.

1) Your pet loses all buffs/boons. As your pet is removed for the duration of the skill it loses all buffs when it comes back at the end of the cast.

2) Your pet disappearing obviously stops it from doing anything whenever you use this skill. Combined with the other pet bug where pets stand around unresponsive for several seconds when they spawn this is really painful.

3) You can not blast your pets combo fields. Since your pet doesn’t exist when the blast finisher goes off you cannot blast your pets combo fields, such as blasting stealth from a smokescale.

4) You can no longer use utility skills while in ancestral grace. Previously skills with no cast time, such as Glyph of Equality, could still be used while moving with ancestral grace. Since your utilities are no longer present during the transform you can no longer do this.

This skill is an incredible liability to use in its current state with all of these issues.

… that is really not worth it just to remove the backpack

yeah ranger pets are broken too lol, our class is legit unplayable in pvp right now.
