I’m having a pretty terrible round with customer service right now, so I hope the issue I’m having can be addressed here at the forums instead.
Anyway, with the current Black Friday Sales, I decided to purchase 2 new Bank Tab Expansions. I got both tokens in the mail and happily consumed them. Only when I went to check out my Bank Tabs, only 1 of the 2 Bank Tab Expansions appears to have worked for me ingame. The second one appears to have failed in opening a new tab, so instead of having 7 bank tabs I only have 6. I tried communicating this to customer service but they say nothing can be done on their end and that simply put I’ve been robbed by a bug they refuse to refund me on or simply replace with an identical item.
That said, the customer support guy I was talking said ‘We encourage you to exercise care when conducting all your gem transactions’. But how can I exercise care when it is a bug I encountered? By his logic I should not buy anything more from the gem store in fear of this issue happening again? Is that the kind of care he speaks of?
I really hoped this could have been easily resolved by now, but here we are. =/
