This is getting a joke the new Support ticket drop rates is madding to say the least.

They have taken over every wooden chest world wide at a 100% rate since their introduction . Not 1 single drop of a wooden chest is anything other then these tickets ,especially in wvw which is hard enough to make money in.

can someone look into this please

This doesn’t seem much like a bug to me.
It is because a ticket is considered ’’rare’’, and thus always spawns in a wooden chest.
Just like kite fortunes.

It doesn’t seem to have any effect on the drops of normal rare items.

I’m still getting normal-ish drop rates on actual rare items. Before the very last bugfix update (which broke Melandru again), I’ve been farming the Melandru second beacon defend event every time it pops up and consistently getting ~2 rares on average, even with all the support tickets and occasional kite fortunes dropping.

I’m almost positive these event items (like the dragon coffers, kite fortunes, etc.) are on a separate, additional loot table that doesn’t affect your regular mob/chest drops.

It isn’t a one or the other kind of situation regarding their dropping. I’ve gotten support tokens and kite fortunes in the same brown chest. I’ve also gotten support tokens and crappy rare armor from a single brown chest. The support tokens do not replace another drop.
