Guild Wars 2

In New Loamhurst (Lake Doric) there seems to be what looks like a mesmer portal, and it even has the sound effects. It can’t be interacted with and doesn’t seem to serve any purpose. This portal seems to always be here. I’m guessing it’s meant for a specific event that spawns in the area, but the portal isn’t despawning for whatever reason. Not sure.

Clockwork Watchknights spawn through them during the defend event. I wasn’t aware they stuck around forever, but it’s likely related to that.
