Plz Devs…fix terrible sigil/rune bug! This bug exist since many beta week/stress test ago..

Sigil/Rune +% bleed, burn duration is broken, not work!! I ve got a ranger condition build and i can t use sigil and rune with +condition duration…

Fix it!!!! plzlzlzlz

Have patience, they are working on things a bit more importent, these things will come

The problem is this bug existed for months…:(

Well…this sucks, I just bought a full set of bleed duration runes/sigils…

There goes 65% from potential bleed duration increase until this gets resolved I guess.
