Guild Wars 2

The new generic rings with regular stat prefixes, such as “Cleric’s Ring”, are all sellable on the Trading Post, but the exotic version of “Soldier Ring” and “Rabid Ring” are not, despite their masterwork and rare versions being sellable. Instead they’re “account bound” AND “soulbound on use”. Is this intended, and if so, why?

So, exotic Rabid Rings exist? I wondered if they are obtainable, where did you drop these? Fractals? and if yes, what level?
