No after doing everything it gave me a cultivated sprout and told me to feed it Oasis Soaked Plant Food and I already fed it
Dunno. Sprout should change to Shoot when fed Oasis Soaked Plant Food. Did you make the plant food in the Mystic Forge?
yep. made everything i needed to.
Have you tried logging completely out and back in? Tried a -repair of the client?
