i was trying to complete the 1-15 charr zone, doing all event i found on the way, when i noticed strange xp/karma/money reward, as if they shrink to like 20xp/3karma/1copper
so i read the patch note regarding the one that was deployed this morning and noticed this line
" Added a system to limit the experience and gold that players can receive from speed-farming dungeons."
is it intended to apply this thing to dynamic event as well ?

I have this issue as well , i only get 266 xp for completing an event in sparkfly fen (55-65)
I suppose this is a bug as the patch notes say nothing about events

If I had to guess, it was a fix to handle botting. In this area in particular I have seen multiple bots just sitting there firing their weapons on areas with know DE’s. People will then go AFK for days or weeks to come back and find their character level 40 and sitting on a wealth of money. I would hope that the very first time you do a DE you get the full XP, gold, and karma… and then on all subsequent attempts you get very little.

This would then discourage people from gaining experience and money for little to no effort.

I hope this get rid off botters but one problem with Human starting zone 1-17. I finished it at level 14 then I’m stuck because the next zone is 24+… Almost 10 levels differences.

You are looking at the wrong zone. The “next” zone is Kessex which is lv15-25, very reasonable for a lv14. You should be heading south of Queensdale not east.

That’s what I did, as soon I zoned in, level 24 mobs all around. Or did I zoned into the wrong portal under the same map?

Oh right, you should be zoning in on the eastern side of the map, through the swamp not by going south of Claypool.
