Me and some other friends transfered to Sanctum of Rall (NA) from Aurora Glade (EU). The glitch consists of all of us not recieving any chests or glory for winning tournaments. We understand that this has been a known glitch for about 6 months now and it’s still being “looked into”. The only possible way to fix the glitch is apparently to get more tournament wins in the new server then you had in the old server according to someone who had a similar problem. However we all have over 1000 wins to our name so it’s going to be quite a few months before we’re even going to be at that stage by which point we still won’t have progressed any further in terms of ranking.
