I read an article this morning where players are supposed to get a bonus Dragon Coffer when they open a Black Lion chest.

But then I opened one and did not receive a bonus Dragon Coffer.

It doesn’t look like this update is live yet. Perhaps wait for the patch coming later today? If you check the Black Lion Weapons Specialist, for example, Jade weapons are not yet available and Phoenix weapons are still one ticket.

edit: and hooray for one of the best-looking longbow skins back in the game! Nice!

The post is on the log in screen of the game client and live on the website.

If it is not available yet either A) Don’t push the announcement live or 2) Clearly state that it will be available later that day or after the patch, etc….

The way it is worded now is false advertisement.

Since patch hit, I’ve opened 10 chests, have 10 coffers.

Wasn’t one per, a couple had multiples iirc.

Could you also look into the disappearance of Sonder the Seller or provide an alternative merchant? Zhaitaffy is probably the most common drop of Dragon Coffers, yet there is no place to trade in Zhaitaffy.

Same issue here. Read about the promo for the dragon coffers. Bought 5 keys. Opened 5 chests. No dragon coffers in any of them.

Opened 10 this morning and got 10 Dragon Coffers but I did NOT get 10 booster conversions (only 4) and while the update stated the Dragon Coffers are in ADDITION to the normal 4 items you usually get out of BL Chest, There are still only a total of 4 items being generated (or at least only 4 reward boxes are displaying on the dialog) for each open….and a Dragon Coffer is always the 1st one.

That seems to me like one of the items is being REPLACED by the Dragon Coffer (not directly complaining about this other than it is NOT what was claimed in the update notes….unless I read them incorrectly). Also, REALLY like the idea of being able to consolidate my Boosters (to save bank space), but if the item is no longer guaranteed from each and every BL chest, they need to state this directly.

1. Is there an issue with the Dragon Coffers now taking the place of one of the normal 4 reward items?
2. Are the Booster considation items NOT supose to be in every BL chest (I sure think they were previously….I usually got 10 when I opened 10 chests)?

I believe the guaranteed Booster Powder promotion has run its course.

Same here, only 4 total, and one was that stupid Zaihtaffy that we cant do anything with as the NPC is not in game anymore !!

What a waste of a chest !

I know it was only 9 keys i used buy tyvm for sending us what we were expecting ^^ GoGoAnet !!!

Are you calculating per character or per account? I have opened a lot of BL chests on different characters that i eventually ended up deleting

It was only a few hours. How many characters could you have opened chests with, and then deleted (later) in that time frame? I suppose it could have been a few if you were key-farming during that time frame.
