Guild Wars 2

So I went to Lions Arch (not overflow) and watched the fire works 3 times, and i didn’t get the achievement. I also did it 4 times in an over flow LA. Is there any possible way to help me? I understand if not. It’s not like I’ll sue you guys for a bug. I’m in the EU server Gandara By the way .

Just asking for a quick clarification on some details that might help identifying the problem: Were you present through the whole fireworks? Particularely the end sequence. The achievement description seems to be rather specifically pointed to that. Also, where were you standing in LA? At the central plaza with the holograph?

I was present through the entirety of the fireworks and i was standing where the hologram projector was.

And yes, I agree you fulfilled the requirements for the achievement and should have gotten it. That’s odd, really hope it will be resolved for you.

I got the achievement, but never received the helmet. As a new player that bums me out and makes me not want to bother with this game or its events in the future…
