So ive just done F28 expecting to grab a daily chest but nothing has popped up. I did do F32 earlier so im wondering whether this is all classed as one daily? If not then i’ll pop in a support ticket.

Can I presume with a lack of replies comes confirmation that I should have recieved a second daily chest? Ive never done a level 30+ fractal before today so not sure if F28 and F32 count as the same daily.

I’d think more likely that your “personal reward level” is one causing the “problem”. While you did 32 your personal reward level was sub 30, thus giving sub 30 daily chest. Doing 28 after that would have meant second dailychest in 20-29 range.

(Unless your personal reward level was sub 20 and both meaning sub 20 chests, but I’m willing to bet that that’s not the case.)

Were you do 20-29 daily first, then progress to 30 and grab that, you would have gained both chests.

Dear Articluna, you are a genius! My personal level was 28 at the time of doing the F32 run and I didnt take a blind bit of notice to it…I guess it matters what level youre on! Thanks for your help.
